Conference cancellations
Cancellation before 27 March: 95% refund of paid fee.
Cancellation after 27 March: 45% refund of paid fee.
Cancellation of hotel bookings
Cancellation before 27 March: No charges
Cancellations of rooms after 27 March will be billed in full if we are not able to reallocate the room.
