Registration, 4th Nordic Workshop on Cosmogenic Nuclides

4th Nordic Workshop on Cosmogenic Nuclides, 4-6 June 2018

Registration is open from 9 to 23 March and is on a first come, first served basis. The workshop has room for 70 participants. If more people are interested, there will be a waiting list. Note that those contributing to the programme will be prioritised.

Venue: Hotel Union, Geiranger, Norway

Registration deadline: 23 March 2018 The registration fee includes refreshments during the workshop, icebreaker, and conference dinner. Accommodation should be arranged by participants themselves.

Participation in the group transport from Ålesund to Geiranger: on 3 June (ca. 16:30-18:30) and excursion and group transport: on 6 June (ca. 12:30-19:30) incurs an additional fee, but is free for Early-Career Researchers (ECR: PhD awarded on or after 2011 + current students), thanks to our sponsors.

Registration fee to be paid before 23 March: NOK 1100.- (incl. 25 % VAT)

Transport and excursion costs to be paid before 23 March: NOK 550.- (both 3 and 6 June), NOK 85.- (3 June only), NOK 465.- (6 June only) (incl. VAT)

Per person in a single room, NOK 750.- Per person in a double room NOK 650.- (incl. breakfast, VAT).

Cancellation: In case you need to cancel your registration, please contact us (4NWCN@uib.no) no later than 4 May 2018 in order to have 75 % of your registration fee and any group transport costs refunded.
